Whole duck prices are steady from when last reported, while parts are
steady to higher. Demand is moderate to fairly good with best movement
into retail channels. Supplies are moderate to at times short of full
needs. Processing schedules remain varied. Market activity is
moderate. Prices paid to first receivers for 10-18 oz. boneless
breasts 750-900, bone-in legs 450-510, gizzards 230-250, wings
125-150, livers 215-245, and feet 125-150 cents per lb.
